Recommended RPM Limits
For Sea-Doo Sparks being upgraded from 60HP to 90HP, an 8050 RPM limit tune is recommended.
For Sea-Doo Sparks being upgraded from 90HP to 110HP, an 8550 RPM limit tune is recommended.
During the reflash process, WORX modifies the calibration of your existing ECU while retaining the factory gauge functions. Sport and Touring modes can also be enabled where they are not already available.
How the ECU Reflash Service Works
The Sea-Doo Spark ECU Reflash WR03008 is performed on your existing stock ECU. Remove the ECU from your Sea-Doo and provide it for the reflash service together with the required completed ECU form.
WORX aims to complete the ECU reflash on the same or next business day after receiving the ECU, subject to compatibility and workload.
Important Compatibility Information
WORX Racing Components makes every effort to maintain an up-to-date tune library. However, ECU configurations can vary between Sea-Doo models and even between watercraft produced within the same model year.
If a particular ECU configuration differs from the available tune, additional time may be required or the reflash may not be able to be completed.
For certain 2023 60HP Sea-Doo Spark models, a dash update may also be required. This may need to be completed by a Sea-Doo dealership.
